Who can access WCFSO downloads?
Downloads are available to members of the WCFSO and, upon request, to arts professionals.
What format is used for music files?
Postings from Spring 2008 and onward are in mp3 format, 320 kbps, unedited. [Prior postings are 192–256 kbps.] I have compressed each concert into single or multiple RAR archives [rar] – read more about this format. For decompressing the archive I recommend WinRAR or TUGZip [Windows] and UnRarX [Mac OSX].
Will I need a password?
Yes, you will prompted for your password when you open the downloaded archive. If you do not have the password, please send me an email to request it.
How do I access the mp3s?
Once the archive is finished downloading, double-click it to unpack it in your decompression program – make sure to enter your password when prompted. You can then add the mp3 files directly to iTunes or another media player.
